1. Vendor Services
Refunds for vendor services (e.g., makeup, venue bookings, décor) are governed by the individual vendor’s cancellation and refund policies
Users should refer to the vendor’s stated terms before confirming a booking
2. Product Purchases
Refund requests for physical products may be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in good condition
Customised, made-to-order, and perishable items are non-refundable
3. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund, email support@marryme.com.my with your order ID and reason
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method
4. Platform Fees
Platform service fees (where applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of failed transactions due to technical issues
5. Dispute Resolution
While MarryMe.com.my is not liable for vendor-related issues, we may assist in mediating disputes to ensure fair resolution wherever possible.
